Ballsagna, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you play Quickle via our mobile applications or at playquickle.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited information to provide a seamless game experience and maintain global leaderboards:

• Authentication Data: When you sign in via Apple, Google, or Facebook, we collect basic profile information provided by the authentication service (User ID, Display Name, and Avatar URL) to create and secure your account.
• Game Data: We store your game statistics, high scores, total XP, unique vocabulary, and match history to maintain your progress across devices.
• Device & Analytics Data: We collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage telemetry (via Google Firebase Analytics) to fix bugs and improve performance.
• Push Notifications: If you opt-in to notifications, we securely store a device token to alert you when it is your turn or when a daily challenge is available.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• Authenticating your account and saving your progress in the cloud.
• Displaying your chosen username, avatar, and score on public leaderboards and to players you challenge.
• Delivering push notifications (only if explicitly enabled by you).
• Analyzing game performance and resolving technical issues.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to anyone.

We utilize trusted third-party services to operate the game. Specifically, we use Google Firebase to securely host our database, handle authentication, and process analytics. These services are bound by strict data protection agreements.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account directly inside the Quickle app by navigating to Menu > Settings > Delete Account.
• Web-Based Deletion: You may also request data deletion via your web browser without needing to install or open the app by visiting our secure deletion portal at: playquickle.com/delete-account.

Once initiated, account deletion is immediate and irreversible. All XP, Pickles, and historical data will be permanently scrubbed from our active servers.
